Idaho – Valbridge Property Advisors, North America’s largest independent commercial appraisal firm, announced today they have opened a new office in Idaho, located in Idaho Falls. This office will serve Southeastern Idaho, Utah, and Wyoming.

Leading the Valbridge Idaho Falls office are Tyler A. Free, MAI, and Randall Henderson, MAI.

Tyler A. Free, MAI, is a seasoned Senior Managing Director at Valbridge Property Advisors in Salt Lake City, where he has been leading appraisal and valuation services since 2020. With over two decades of experience, Tyler’s expertise spans various property types including apartment buildings, retail centers, office and industrial spaces, religious and special purpose properties, hotels, and residential subdivisions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Utah and is a distinguished member of the Appraisal Institute, having earned the MAI designation. His comprehensive training includes advanced courses in appraisal processes, income capitalization, market analysis, and valuation analysis. Tyler also has extensive experience in eminent domain projects and expert witness services.

Randall Henderson, MAI, is a highly experienced Senior Managing Director at Valbridge Property Advisors in Utah County, where he has been leading appraisal and valuation services since 2019. With a background in real estate appraisal dating back to 2008, Randall brings a wealth of knowledge to his role, including his previous positions as a Template Designer and Senior Appraiser. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and an Associate of Applied Science in Architectural Technology from Brigham Young University-Idaho. As a distinguished member of the Appraisal Institute, Randall holds the MAI designation and serves on the Utah Chapter Board of Directors. His training includes advanced coursework in appraisal practices, including Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions, Discounted Cash Flow Analysis, and various residential and commercial appraisal methods. Certified in Utah, Idaho, and Arizona, Randall’s expertise extends to complex valuations and he specializes in c-stores and gas stations.
